I almost didn’t celebrate Pi Day this year. This morning I was supposed to be at a graduation ceremony at my son’s school but he’s home with the flu. I ended up making some festive goodies.
Tourtière using this pie crust. Changes: 5/8 white flour and 3/8 a mix of rice and whole wheat flours.
Cookies using this recipe. Change: reduced sugar to 1/2 cup.
